1.  Are you a Translaiton Agency?
No, we are not. We are a group of freelance translators aimed at satisfying your individual needs. You are always sure with whom you work and who is responsible for your project. You can find additional information about us at the following links - Ksenia Ghavrish and Oksana Rozhko.


2. Which languages do you translate from/into? 
Our mother languages are Russian and Ukrainian. Language combinations with which we work are as follows:
English <> Ukrainian, Russian;
French > Ukrainian, Russian;
German > Ukrainian, Russian.

3. What DTP applications do you use?
We regularly work on DTP projects using InDesign, Quark, QuarkXpress, Framemaker, and we also have extensive experience using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. We run both Windows and Macintosh OSs.
If your DTP software of choice is not on this list, please check with us, as we are continuously expanding our knowledge and know-how in order to better serve our customers.

4. What is the usual daily word output for you?
The usual daily word output is 2,800 words. This is not a fixed limit though, and this output can be increased significantly, but the translation will then include a surcharge for express translation.

5. How can I pay you?
When accepting your order we will discuss for the best payment method convenient for both. But as a rule we get paid via Visa, Money Transfer, Money Order, Check, Paypal.

6. How can I be sure of the high quality of the translation work?
We are always aimed at providing high quality translations. We will never take on a translation that exceeds our knowledge and capabilities – in such instances we will suggest other experienced translators. We make every effort to ensure that our translations are accurate and carefully checked before dispatch and that instructions specified by our clients are followed.
